Not a great experience. Well over a week late from expected delivery day. Problems with customs wanting an EORI number which should have been supplied from the sender and they wasn't very helpful... Actually supplied a VAT number instead. The item was held for a week in customs until I opened a refund case via ebay and all of a sudden the issue got resolved. Personally wouldn't use again but I'm sure it's probably an isolated incidence. When arrived item was spot on as expected so happy days.
