    The Store says Don't Worry but you definitely should worry. I purchased a gift for my nephew and apparently after my tracking had been received my item was damaged beyond repair and could no longer be sent to me. I was then offered an alternative with no photo. Even though what I ordered was limited edition so I am not sure how an alternative would solve my issue. To add to this I still have not received a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! Contact me if you want proof and screenshots.

    We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. The item was confirmed damaged right before dispatch, and as it was a limited edition product, we could no longer source a replacement. We offered an alternative as a temporary solution, and a full refund has already been processed (or will be completed shortly). We sincerely apologize again for the disappointment, and we remain available to resolve this properly.
