Poor clear communication/answer from the seller on delivery timelines pre-order. At order I requested delaying issuing the item by 1day, this was ignored and I was not home to receive it. Contacted the seller about the issue there was no understanding the request was missed and poor communication again and on follow-up reply of clarifying no acknowledgment the request was clearly missed. Was fobbed off. The fan works well no issue on product, given brand. Expected better customer service though!
