  It seems that Royal Mail has lost the item - a tracking number was provided 3 weeks ago and that was the last message from them! As soon as the seller was made aware of the non-delivery, I had an immediate response and satisfactory resolution.   Packaged correctly, sent quickly. Bought a bundle with the BX-29 grip but the seller told me after purchase they didn't actually have it so offered a different, cheaper BX-11 grip that doesn't need importing instead saying the bundle price is identical. Took the offer as it was that or go through refund process but disappointing. Items are all otherwise as described and work as intended.
