Arrived damaged, and due to the nature of the one-of-a-kind antique, there’s no opportunity for replacement. Seller only offered to give full refund after requesting I send it back so they can file a claim, which saddles the buyer with shipping costs and time wasted. Buyer left piece at post office for a week, claiming they lost it (post office disputes this), and then said it was damaged. Buyer asked for the ubiquitous “partial refund” without providing photographs. I offered a full and free refund upon return, however buyer wanted to keep the item AND get an additional discount.
