    Seller created a mailing label immediately but did not drop my purchase off for 5 days, delaying shipping. Packing was TERRIBLE. TiVo, an electronic device was wrapped in a FedEx paper envelope and placed the bottom in a box with NO protection! Remote controls were placed in a second envelope and placed in the box. See attached photo. That’s exactly what I saw when I opened the box. TiVo has sticky, gummy residue all over it, including the power cord.
