    The packaging could’ve been better packed with bubble wrap when I received it the tale was broken off the baby squirrel. I glued it back the best I could. Also, you could’ve wrote fragile on the outside of the package .

    please feel free to return the figurine for a full refund. I've been a seller for 29yrs on ebay and in my experience if you write FRAGILE on anything it is a challenge to USPS to damage it, I am not kidding, I quit stamping that on packages years ago. But I will certainly refund your payment and shipping, if you choose to return.
