Printing from hand produced templates of copper, wood and stone began to decline around the 1880's. The next methodology (off sett lithography) radically increased production resulting in a comparatively scarce and collectible imagery from the labour intensive methods used before this time.
Our store offers a collection of antique lithographs, engravings, etchings and woodcuts carefully restored and hand coloured to optimise the distinction that their age offers.
ALL items offered are antique and are accompanied by a signed statement of authenticity. Basic advice on how to care for old artworks on paper will also be offered.
