My children were all born in the 80's. Like all parents, I wanted to see them dressed in distinctive, practical everyday clothes that would stand out in a crowd. Interest rates were high and wages were comparatively low, and I found that High Street clothes prices were out of reach. So I made clothes myself. My first attempts were far from perfect, but I persevered, and got better and better. I was then asked to make clothes for friends and neighbours. My children have long since flown the nest. I have one son in Denmark, and one in Australia. Only my daughter remains in the UK! They are all married, with their own children, and so for the last six years I've been making clothes for my grandchildren. My daughter suggested that I sell clothes on-line, which is what I've been doing since February 2017. I make children's clothes in classic styles, and in fabrics that are different. As a recent customer said "The fabric is so fun and something you’d never find in a high street store!"
