  The Good: I received a PS4 Pro and (eventually) all accessories in working order. Support was fast & friendly at fixing an issue with shipping. The Bad: Original shipment contained only the console, which was taken care of by support. I wouldn’t call the ports clean, but were mostly free of debris and at least work. The Ugly: Upon close inspection of the console in comparison to the original post, the unit I received is not the one pictured, which conflicts with the seller’s own description.
