    I bought a computer motherboard, and it arrived damaged despite no mention of damage in the description. The CPU socket had bent pins, which affected its functionality. I contacted the seller within 24 hours, explaining the issue, and they asked for photos. I sent five photos but received no response after 24 hours. I followed up again the next day and still no reply. Now, four days later, I still haven't received a response or been offered a solution.
