I bought an item and returned it unopened, but when I opened a return case the seller claimed it was “cut to a custom size” and said they would only issue a partial refund. Nowhere in the listing did it state this, as I selected the one size option shown. Despite the return, the seller only refunded part of the payment. eBay had to step in and issue a full refund. This shows how desperate the seller is.
