    Good quality and very fast shipping. It was a shipping problem causing the item to be delayed several days. I paid the little higher shipping option but it was delivered a little slower. The telephone number was missing in the shipping label so it take another 2-3 days and additional cost to take the parcel from the provider. The build quality is fine and the 10MHz clock seems to be accurate. Still I did not tested the 40MHz output.
