The seller sent me a faulty item. When I received the item, I tried to contact the seller to solve the problem. The seller didn't reply to my message. It was a terrible experience.

We never received any correspondence in regards to this issue. If the item was defective buyer could have opened a case stating that the item was defective. I do not understand this response or the negative rating. There is a 30 day return that is covered by ebay for defective items.
