  Packed very well. Arrived quickly. Communication excellent with seller. Good value. There was several tiny manufacturing pits on both glasses, one on a rim. The seller resolved by refunding one glass, which I was happy with. They had missed the pits.

  All shipping costs or 100% shouldered by me the buyer Filed ebay return which alerted seller of RESPONSE. Seller responded "you wanted to charge for a missing nozzle!" Deficiency was NOT disclosed on the listing description. Never again with such seller CAN'T do business with ! Try buying a standalone nozzle of certain size at a store or online and see how it would cost with shipping or with travel costs.

  What a complete nightmare of a customer from start to finish! Even though i don't ship to the States, they pestered me for days trying to get me to do so. I eventually agreed to their request,sourcing the fastest and cost efficient option and even giving them a discount on the price of the item!. Alarm bells rang when once the item was on its way,the buyer started messaging with concerns about condition. Gave in once again & part refunded them at their request, Never again!
