    I never received the disc. Reached out to seller with no response. Had to get eBay involved.

    The disk was shipped, but must be lost in the mail. I replied to the customer when I got back from vacation and gave a full refund right away, eBay was not involved, they don't get involved when you open an INR case right away, I took care of it.
