    ZERO STARS: Seller listed this as new when Ray Charles could see that this case has been used. Sticky residue from packing tape all over it, black Sharpie marks both inside and out. Contacted seller with photos & expressed my disappointment. Seller double downed on the claim of it being "new" and only offered a 50% refund which I have yet to see any indication that it's happening. Will never buy from this seller again. Honesty & trust are everything to me on eBay. It's bad karma to screw people.

    The client was very rude and ill-spoken. I always treat clients with respect, and although sometimes we make mistakes in descriptions, I try to help the client and even return a refund. I offered her a 50% refund if she kept the item or a full refund if she returned it. She altered the photos for her own convenience. Harming others is not good; that's my job. I don't want clients like this.

    After the seller lied on their review about me altering photos of the used item they sold me as new, I reported them to eBay. Thanks to eBay I will be offered a full refund once I return this used mess to it's awful seller. Accusing me of altering photos on a plastic doll storage case then hurling insults?! That's a sad individual. I do not have time in my life for such a petty pointless acts.
