Placed a bid on an item and the seller accepted. Days later, the item shipped and I got the tracking number. Unfortunately, that's as far as it went. It sat on "awaiting package" on the USPS website for a couple weeks. Emailed the seller a few times with no response until I submitted "item not received" through eBay. She said she could not refund me in eBay because she deactivated her account. Why would you do that and still sell things with it? Do NOT buy anything from her! You won't get it!
