  Item never arrived, bought two pair of glasses from seller, but seller sent only one and only provided 1 tracking number, tried to contact seller but got no response, very disappointed. Check feedback not the first time seller has issues with sending incomplete orders, ebay support was not helpful.

  Glasses frame was delivered in a plastic envelope wrapped in paper towel. They arrived in unusable condition. They look as though someone had stepped on them or placed under a heavy box. Recommend shipping them in a box or something that would have protected them.

  The glasses were poorly packaged. They were only wrapped in paper towels and inside a ziplock bag. They could’ve easily been damaged if the carrier had put something heavy over it. I contact the seller and haven’t received a reply. It’s very unprofessional to send items so poorly (what a joke) and customer service is lacking as to not replying to a customers messages. I gave several days for the seller to reply to my message before leaving this review. Do better.
