Item is listed as "On Cloud" -- There is no mention of this item being a look-a-like or "dupe." I was under the impression these shoes were authentic On Cloud shoes. I own several pairs of authentic On Clouds & these are not. Very poor quality.

Not the ordered size. Sizes blacked out on both shoes. The shoes appear to be "knock offs". They do not fit the same as my other On Cloud 5 shoes.

They did not have shoes in stock. Shipped out in 14 not 10 days. When they finally shipped they sent the wrong ones. My wife did not like them. We would have had to pay to ship back. Instead they offered a 35% discount. I accepted it because I felt like it was the best option. They were half the price of what I would pay retail. So with the discount they were dirt cheap. I will be able to sell on Marketplace and get my money back. Would give another chance to see if they get it right.

Do NOT buy from this seller!!! They will send you something you did not order and think they can get away with it. Ordered women’s size 9, red ankle boots. Received women’s size 11 and totally different style of boots. They want you to return the item. Want your PayPal information to pay for shipping. Do NOT provide your personal information or pay for shipping!!! They have to arranged a prepaid shipping label for YOU! Scammers! Contact EBay and file a claim! eBay got me my money back!

My navy shoes arrived w bright white soles. Not what you see in photo. Also, they smell like industrial glue. I guess the shoes are still drying - straight from factory. The insoles are not quality , no leather just puffy synthetic
