Although many items ship from our location, this one ships directly from our manufacturer's warehouse. We will bring this to their attention and request they improve packaging & quality control. Had this been brought directly to our attention, rather than in a public forum, we would have gladly provided an assembly diagram. Also, if you offered images of your discontent, we would have checked if we could have been able to offer a discount. Maybe next time.
