Seller thinks I don't know how to read instructions. I believe that the tazor batteries are so dead that it won't take a charge. I have tried several chargers and cables and it won't do anything. I can't return items because I have no way to get to pack and ship. Every time I order from E-bay I have issues. I spend around $400 on Amazon every month and have no problems. I can't get a tazor delivered to North Carolina from Amazon. If I can't get a replacement from seller, I will reorder.
