    Sadly only 71 beads arrived, not 75 as advertised and were paid for. I enclose a picture. I would suggest you send 4 more to replace the missing beads and 2 to make up for the damaged beads (so a further 6 in total). A 2 of the beads were badly damaged. I enclose a picture. The beads that are intact are vibrant and smooth.

    Hi, Thank you for your feedback. 4 beads were short while packing your order. To avoid delay in the dispatch, we have added more than 15 other beautiful beads to cover this shortage. I did not see that item in the picture you shared here. We will send you 6 beads with next order or refund the cost of 6 beads. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks again.
