Front and back of the packaging is clearly post in the pictures. Everything needed to know is on the packaging, I feel I did not have to retype everything out. I am not at fault for failure to look at pictures and read. They are as described, new in the package.

The boots are stained red on the white leather and also the stitching with scuff marks around the snow boots, I requested a return and have been going back and forth with seller over a return they won’t accept telling me to wipe it, but a magic stick or eraser. Then proceeds to tel me they will be used so why does she want to return them. Doing all sorts of things to justify me keeping them. I even stated I wil be purchasing a new one from In store to swap out because it’s not fair.
