    Item reported delivered by USPS - but was not delivered to me. I informed seller who directed me to make a claim with USPS. I have been informed by my USPS office twice before that the party paying postage must submit the claim on an errant delivery. I replied to the seller that they would need to pursue with USPS and asked for a replacement or refund and got no response. I have also made claims to Ebay in these situations and have been that if USPS says "delivered", there is no recourse.

    I have no idea about the item because the post office didn’t deliver it. I got an email saying they “missed me”. I was home. Why would I have to be present for them to put something in my street side mail box. Was it sent signature required? My camera shows them stopping at my mailbox an hour before I got the email. This after I got an email earlier it would be delivered that day.
