    The item arrived at a good time and well packaged, the frame is self falls out and not secure at the bottom, you cannot put it on your wall I have to return it.,

    If you had used the hook provided on the backing easel board, gravity would have made the back stay in place. I don't understand why you had a problem. Please return for a refund after receipt of the item.
