    I love the necklace but when they shipped it the chain fell off the holders and it was in several knots. The chain is very thin and I am old with arthritis in my hands. When I asked them for help they told me to ask a store clerk to untangle it. I thought it was very rude, no apology or anything. I will never buy from them again. It was an extremely pricy pre owned necklace.
