    I had an issue and the buyer wasn’t open to resolution. I wouldn’t shop here again. Item did arrive on time. Pictures were close to accurate but more up close on the imperfections would have helped me not buy the item.

    This was your message to me re: return..bought this item to place on a table that is 19in wide so 20in was going to push it item is 20.5in that pushes it to hanging over the edge. I know it says no returns would you consider taking the return since the measurements were not 100% accurate...I replied the description reads appx 20" diameter. If you needed it to be a specific size you should have inquired. I don't believe I am to blame.
