    Quality, condition,and value does not apply.It appear to be in good appearance and condition.However it doesn't play in my portable DVD player or main DVD player.It says Kino Video and distributed in New York.But there is no region code or numbers.The box label and DVD printing looks legit.It could be counterfeit.Maybe the seller didn't know.So now I got to find a actual dealer like dvdbay or dvdlady.
