    Disappointed picture seemed to be enhanced not what it looked like clasp was much thinner than it looked the whole picture looked a lot bigger than what it actually was.

    First and foremost you are stating a complete FALSE ACCUSATION that we are somehow tricking you with our pictures Karen. This customer did not message us, request a refund, anything except to come here and make a claim that has no substance. They are very good pictures, and we stand behind the products we sell. If you thought it would be bigger, we don't know why since there is a hand model it's on to show size. You can take this feedback back, we don't accept it.
