I'm a self employed contractor who does this part time-but some times full time...And I'm different--. i usually leave my phone number on the shipping label and /or the email I send to you when i ship out your item, in case there is an issue. i call it personalized service. I'm pretty easy to reach..i sell a big variety of ''stuff''-- a lot of Audio stuff too ( i'm an audiophile at heart). --IN short-.
