    Then why did you buy it? Your initial email was "I want this, but I bet the low voltage doesnt work on these, they never do". Then you sent an offer on the item. So you KNEW the item doesn't have the feature you're looking for, I told I didn't assemble and test the item, now here you are complaining about something you knew to begin with? Ok, I'll take the feedback on this one, but it's definately on you
