    The DVD arrived sealed, as advertised. However, the disc had become loose in the case and got quite scratched up. I don't blame the seller for that, though. It likely happened during shipping. With that said, I was able to successfully rip the disc to an mkv file without any problems. So, I'm satisfied with the transaction overall.
