The listing showed a detailed stag head with sculpted eyes, clear nostrils and a defined mouth. What arrived has none of these features – the eyes are flat, the nostrils and mouth are missing, and the finish is rough and cheap. This goes far beyond ‘minor handmade imperfections’ and is a completely different quality to what was advertised, poor value, shocking appearance. Very misleading listing – see photos for proof.
