Great eBay seller. Item shipped right away and packaged well. I suspect the crossovers are fully functional. I'll know better after conducting some tests. They are exactly what I needed to complete a rebuild on a couple vintage ElectroVoice 3-way speakers. (I already have the CR-35 3500 Hz crossovers.)
