I ordered 3 AT&T extension handsets model CL80109, and all three phones might have been previously used, but they arrived in excellent, just like new condition that must have been very well taken care of. None of the buttons were faded, no scratches on the screen, and after I spent some time letting the batteries charge, I was able to pair them to our phone base and test them out, and they work great Thank you again!!
