    The packaging for these coins and bills was very poor. The seller put tape over the coins and bills, which caused them to tear, and the coins were very sticky from the tape.

    You purchased them with tape on! It was clearly described in listing and shown in photos. It is how it came from the estate we got these from. I cannot help if you cannot read listing or see photos.
