    Item did not work when arrived, took two messages for seller to get back to me and had to follow up after item was delivered back to them to get a refund. I realize this is a busy company and I’m sure they get a lot of messages so I expected a delay. Ultimately they accepted the console back and I got a refund so can’t complain.
