L'azienda vanta origini remote nella vendita di ricambi per auto, moto e cicli. Nata nel 1925 con la vendita di ricambi per cicli, ha raggiunto soddisfacenti risultati anche con l'assemblaggio di biciclette per soddisfare il mercato locale. Nel 1950 ha iniziato la vendita di motocicli conquistando una buona fetta di mercato anche nella parte nord della provincia di Cosenza.La crisi delle moto nel 1960 ha indotto l'azienda a nuove strategie di mercato con la vendita di autoricambi nazionali ed esteri, che nel 1994 stabilizza nelle due attuali strutture situate in via F.sco Bruno con a capo Roberto e via G. Amendola con a capo Fabio.
