    Not new. Its refurbished, is not 1080p its 720 as said on box. Mine was missing hardware and instruction manual. But I did get the 3p day refurbished warantee from vtec piece of paper.... was connected to other n cameras so was time consuming to reset unit. Description is nothing of what you.will receive. Its old model gen also.
