Goods are of very very poor sub standard quality.

    Your message to us was that you had received a bar towel (which we don't sell) but thought you had bought a bath towel when in fact this item is a gym towel. We don't accept returns as the product was made exactly to your personalisation and the correct product to which you purchased!
