    Firstly they sent the wrong size to us, after asking for them to give me a returns label to send item back said it would cost to much money and wasn't worth it, they then offered £10 refund and to keep item, i refused as it cost us over £40 couldn't use the item, they then sent out correct size, it was a quick delivery and i would buy again as long as the correct item is sent first time around. i don't think they should offer such stupid amounts for refunds if they are at fault.
