I got in touch with the seller who sorted this out within half an hour, sending me a replacement item which arrived promptly.   Well, such a palaver with Yodel delivery service. Told delivery expected so wait in, at 8pmish driver requested more info. Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.

  Good product, shame about the company used to deliver, Yodel is awful waste of space & time, have no idea of customer service, total lack of respect of goods delivering, thrown packet inside doorway of a block of flats for anyone to take, my husband answered the intercom & requested they come up on two flight of stairs.
