    NO communication whatsoever! Tracking NEVER worked. part was only a few days late, but seller never said why tracking number was not working then changed. Part arrived by a different shipper than usps and IF seller had kept me informed, I would have given them a positive rating. I understand that these things happen but I don't believe seller would have responded to the problem until eBay got involved.
