Got back from vaca & realized I was late 2 return supposed white jade item, which was neither white nor Hetian jade from Golden Lotus(seepics). B/C I was late they agreed to exchange w/ a 25% Re-stocking fee. Which is bully-ish but I had to b/c I was late, which is my fault. Found item to exchange & opened return details. Then Golden Lotus went back on their Word & closed the return w/ no explanation. DON’T TRUST what this store says. Once they have your money, they’ll do EVERYTHING 2 keep it‼️

The item came fast, and in perfect state. Two details: it was hard to recycle the bubble wrap because of how much sticky tape was used; the description "brick red" was a bit misleading, I would call it dark red instead because it is not orange at all.
