    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! -This went into automatic recovery on first startup. -Got to BIOS on third boot, and it froze. -Continuously Blue Screens -This failed to initially boot to the operating system -Computer fully booted to operating system once, computer notified you that a licensed copy of windows 10 is not installed -Computer does not consistently boot to operating system, it clearly has a hardware issue and is unusable. -Shows signs of being dropped on rear

    Laptop screen damaged, not booting, battery issue, only keyboard blinking. Seller asked to wait but over a month passed no response. Denied return of laptop. No refund. Not responding to messages. If this is way to make money then its is shame that eBay allows it.

    The computer description was not quite accurate. It was listed as open box but it was not. If the listing was accurate and what I expected, I would have been content. The initial shipping was about two and a half weeks after purchase. It was very carefully packed though. The seller communicated quite well throughout the interaction and was very respectful.

    Product arrived broken and unusable, I assume the fault of USPS which they provided a check for $100 of the total cost of $282.22, which was all the insurance the seller carried. After numerous attempts to get this situation resolved amicably, I am forced to seek resolution though the eBay Money Back Guarantee, we will see how that goes.
