The Seller contacted me and offered a discount to accept the substitute item. No offer to send the Godhand item was made. I inspected the substitute item and decided the price paid less the offered discount was acceptable. The refund was made promptly by the Seller.

    Blue bear works fine but pink bear doesnt work. Seller offered to send me a prepaid label to return the broken one but I decided to keep it for my friend.     Fake Jellycat look-alike bunnies. No body tags present and no dust bag either as stated in the AD. Seller not responding to emails for a refund, even though they accept returns! Buyer beware!!!!! Please be careful--There are several fake bunny sellers on eBay in the medium size category of bunny. None have hang tags and few have tush tags when they arrive, as required by US law.

    Should've read the reviews prior to buying. Everything was wrong with this purchase. Arrived in terrible packaging, the product wasn't even remotely the same as the one listed, and the seller is clearly from a different country and not Tennessee. Not even going to bother returning, I'll just take a fat dookie on it, bury it in the backyard and call it a day.
