    Packaging wasn't sufficient for the size of the dish, it was broke in 4 pieces on arrival. Dish was 12" wide and the box was 12" wide by 15" tall.......Not trying to put seller under the bus but not enough cushion between item and edge of box.

    Item as described ,acceptable packaging . Shipping was not acceptable . The dealer waited five days before sending item out ! I paid for shipping and at least expect that the package would go out within 48 hours. There was no problem with the postal service. When a person spends good money for shipping he expects reasonable service . The seller did not communicate that there would be a delay or that there may have been a reasonable problem . I will not put this person on my preferred list .

    All of my auctions have 3 Business Day handling times. Paid on Wednesday, I was out of town until Monday, the latest day I could ship. It was sent via UPS Ground, not the post office. Went from MI to CA, which takes 4 business days to get there. Even if I was able to send out 48 hours after payment, it would have still gotten to him on Thursday of the next week. Buyer failed to communicate to me with about this, Instead, he left me a negative.
