The pens arrived in great condition, though the manufacturer's packaging separated (the plastic front detached from the cardboard backing), but no harm. I ordered two packs, and the interesting thing turned out to be that the dark green, earth red, and the brown were different tonal shades in each package--close, but different enough for more subtle drawing. Delighted.
