I bought six blue CTM glasses. Since I already own the same product in a different color , I am able to judge the product regarding its quality and characteristics. Its clear that the product is an artsy glass, but the delivery I have received varies dramatically in weight, some glasses are way heavier than others, furthermore the edges/tops of almost all glasses are quite assymetric. The Shop manager refuses to manage the return on his behalf, the customer can return for almost 17 € to Italy.

as per the messages exchanged we have the request to return the object and it is a change of heart as the customer of the 6 glasses sent keeps 2. In this case the transport costs are paid by the buyer as per our settings. We are transparently following the ebay policy. We therefore consider the customer's behavior to leave negative feedback incorrect
